Baptiste Power Yoga

Baptiste Power Yoga will tone, strengthen, and rejuvenate your body, clear your mind, and leave you feeling enlightened, self-reliant, and courageous. Emphasis on pranic energy developed in the process of participating in a Power Yoga class is designed to enhance your potential to move beyond your comfort zone and develop your authentic and adventurous sense of self.

Our Fire Flow Classes are based on the principles of Baptiste Power Yoga by Baron Baptiste.  There are 53 postures in this power flow which we will dive into giving you the basic body ques, benefits of the poses and some variations allowing you to meet yourself where you are now and where you want to be.  

Yoga is a way to let go of the world we have inside our heads and get grounded in our bodies.  By quieting the mind, we allow the universe an opportunity to provide us with the space where we can learn to adapt, adjust and build resilience. 

This practice is a journey of passion, vitality and creativity in mind and body all anchored in your breath. I can’t wait to see the transformation you experience remember I am here as your guide so ask questions and remember to always listen to your body.

I have been doing yoga for years but recently decided to get my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification because I was craving a deeper connection with myself and my community. Yoga has taught me to be both strong and flexible, but it’s also helped me to slow things down and listen to my body more – on and off the mat! Through my practice, I have strengthened my self-awareness and connectedness to not only myself but others as well. I have a profound passion for learning about, understanding, and working with different energies which led me to my first level of certification in Hawaiian Energetics. All of which fuels my appetite for health and wellness which I can’t wait to share with you!
